If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned Volvo do not hesitate to give Volvo Cars Cape Cod a call. My wife and I were in the market to upgrade our aging Volvo Xc90 and a friend of ours recommended this dealership. He called ahead for us and we were greeted by the sales manager Harold Reilly. The entire purchasing experience was amazing. Harold is a true gentleman and an excellent sales manager. He made us both feel very comfortable from the beginning and allowed us to test drive a few different models that were in stock. After several test drives with different vehicles we unable to find the one that would fit all our needs. Harold did not give up and searched their inventory and located a pre-owned 2019 XC60 at their affiliated dealership in Plymouth. Harold arranged to have that vehicle delivered to his dealership a couple of days later so we could look at it. After a quick test drive we purchased it. Harold had one of his sales associates, Emma Gilmore, finish up the sale. She was very professional and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process, including coming in on her day off to get our new car registered on the day we were scheduled to pick it up.
